Cydectin Portable DVD Player
We were commissioned to create a travel pack to be used as a gift with purchase for a rural pharmaceutical brand. The portable DVD had branding on the outer packaging and on the start up screen. The pack included the DVD player travel blanket, car kettle and cooler/warmer console, all packed in a custom made zip up bag.
Cornetto
We produced an exact replica of a Cornetto ice cream with screw top lid. Upon opening, the consumer found a dummy MP3 player enclosed. These were packaged and mixed into nationwide distribution in both the convenience and supermarket channels. The items had to look, feel and weigh identical to an actual Cornetto in order to remain undetected until opening. The consumer was then given a voucher to obtain a new ice cream and a number to call to redeem their prize. Vectavir
We were briefed to produce a gift with purchase for the launch of Vectavir, a new cold sore cream. We produced 3D renderings of a carry case to protect the product in pockets and bags. After feedback from customer, we created tooling and injection moulded over 100 000 units. The unit had a padded interior, small mirror and a gloss silver embossed logo.
Remedies Acrylic Point of Sale Display
We produced a variety of acrylic POS units in different sizes for the Remedies range of products. We produced custom moulded product hooks specifically designed for the Remedies range. The units were individually packaged in custom moulded styrofoam and individually boxed to protect them during nationwide distribution.
Mr Golden
Plush toy point of sale and kids sleeping bag give away. Mr Golden was positioned in the bakery section of 350 Woolworths stores to increase the profile of the brand. The sleeping bags were made in custom PMS colours and were used as consumer give aways.
Companion Animal Products
We have produced a huge range of animal health give aways, prizes and gifts with purchase products. These included: magnetic reminder timers, which flash and beep to remind pet owners to treat their pets as well as branded pet items such as pooh bag dispensers, collars, leads, mats, bowls and many other useful products.
Sony ottoman
A small number of high quality printed ottomans were produced for Sony’s in store demonstration suites. The customer re-ordered the same product for another Sony brand due to the success of the first production.
Nicotonell Chocolates
We produced a set of chocolates for Nicotonell to use as prizes. We produced custom shaped premium chocolates in the shape of astronauts. The astronauts were nested in customised trays and packaging.
Inflatable Hippo
The inflatable hippo was based on a line drawing provided by the customer. We commissioned cartoonists to create a 3D full colour version of the image. This was sent with dimensions to our overseas factory for production. The result: a fantastic inflatable mascot for our customer to give away at their tradeshows.
Coke promo
This job was commissioned by Coca Cola South Africa. We produced a 6 can cooler bag, beach towel, baseball cap, sunglasses, coke can shaped radio and a yo-yo. Everything was packed into the cooler bag and air freighted direct to the Johannesburg from our factory in China. We produced and delivered the entire job in 30 days in order to meet some very tight deadlines.
